Our smallest apartment with the perfect layout - decorated with marble, nutwood and a mocha colored Interlübke bed; the living room/kitchen is equipped with a designer sofa as well as an Italian bistro table.

The kitchen is much more than just a kitchenette. It is fully equipped with: a four burner stove with a fume hood, a microwave/oven, a fridge with freezing compartment and a dishwasher.

The apartment features a lovely entrance area and a spacious parking space is also available. The modern architecture and the elevator make the apartment easily accessible.

The Mariahilfer Straße and the Naschmarkt can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. The city centre can be reached from Pilgramgasse with the U4 or the U3 from Mariahilfer Straße . And last but not least, the Westbahnhof is nearby.
